Filmed at Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital. Is this a paranormal phenomenon?

About ten years ago, in 2013, I managed to visit an abandoned public hospital in Morris Plains, New Jersey, before it was demolished in 2015.

I've already written about these photos, but I thought maybe posting on Reddit would be interesting. the answers. I was photographing the hospital and, while taking several pictures of the administration building, after a while I noticed that the lights were on in the upper windows to the right of the administration.

I believe the hospital was completely abandoned, so I'm not sure what exactly I captured. I was wondering if there was an electrical explanation for this photo. Thank you in advance!
