A message from Subbotin V.N. about the observation of an unusual in Leningrad.

It happened to me on Thursday, November 23, 1989, between 1 and 2 a.m. The day before, I brought a repaired tape recorder from work. I locked myself in my room, sat down on a chair and decided to make a test listening to the old recording, because I intended to make a new recording through the microphone. I plugged the device into the network, the green indicator light was on normally.

Almost immediately, the coil stopped. Without de-energizing the device, I removed the top cover, trying to find out the cause of the malfunction. The wires were exposed. He put his hand deep inside and apparently shorted it out. A bright, silent flash of greenish color flashed, sparks flew. I lost consciousness, although there was no electric shock, because I managed to pull my hand away during it.

I woke up after 10-15 seconds. I was lying face down on the floor. There is no pain. His legs and arms are fine, there is no physical damage. When I woke up, I immediately saw an irregularly shaped cloud (or fog) of a silvery-whitish color with blurred edges against the background of the window (close to the oval). The curtains were open at that time, a street lamp was visible (I live on the 3rd floor). This cloud quickly passed through the glass (I saw it for only 2-3 seconds), but at that time my observation was interrupted by screams and knocking on the door and I did not notice where the cloud had gone.

I got up from the floor and opened the door. His wife and children were standing on the threshold. They came running when they heard the sound of a falling body, and the wife claimed that she was worried about the green light, because a regular-colored night light was shining in the room.

I calmed everyone down, pulled the cord out of the network (so I don't know if the indicator light was still working. And went to sleep in the room. Sleep was normal, however, in the morning (I got up at 5 o'clock) there was a feeling of anxiety. my heart ached (although it had hurt before), and my head hurt a lot in the back of my head. Actually, my blood pressure is normal and I don't suffer from headaches. I decided not to go to work. I bought wine and beer. however, the state of anxiety did not go away and I took an additional dose of alcohol. I fell asleep. On Saturday morning, the state of anxiety did not go away, but I decided not to drink anymore. By lunchtime, my condition returned to normal and I decided to go to work. I mistakenly got on the wrong bus route and was late. then I went to my mother, and returned home from her.

the day after the night incident, the tape recorder was working as if nothing had happened.

We moved into this apartment a year ago. The wife claims that she sometimes hears someone's footsteps, sometimes sees a light. before our settlement, 2 families lived here for some time. The last family we exchanged with consisted of 3 people: a couple under 40 and their fifteen-year-old daughter.
