Initial data
I just recently returned from Kursk, where my relatives live. I once mentioned to you about an event that took place in Kurka in the spring of last year (1981).
It consisted in the following.
A young family lived in a private house in a quiet corner on a remote street in Kursk, which is located near the train station. For some time now, she has been haunted by a strange phenomenon.
Voices began to be heard from the walls of their apartment, or rather, a hoarse voice, similar to a man's. He scoffed at their intimate experiences, everyday life, etc. Suspicion fell on their neighbor, a half-crazy woman.
The couple reported to the police. The policemen who came did not find anything. One of the policemen decided to keep watch for a while, hoping to fix the source of the voice. Indeed, he managed to wait for the moment when a hoarse voice suddenly rang out, just the kind that his spouses had told him about.
The voice seemed to come from the walls. As he approached them, he moved away, leaving people perplexed. The voice was broadcasting:
"You won't find me anyway"
And he reported details of the policeman's personal life. Since then, policemen have been on duty in the house. The voice always reported on their personal secrets, mocking the habits of each of them, and the so-called phenomenon was spreading.
The street and its surroundings have become an object that attracts a lot of curious people. The streets were flooded with passing cars, people from other cities, and it took the efforts of the administration and the police to overcome the aspirations of many curious.
The search for the source of the "voice", which often made discrediting reports about individuals of the administration, even with the involvement of specialists from Moscow, yielded nothing.
Only a week after the most active searches, it was possible, as reported, to expose a neighbor, a half-crazy woman who allegedly previously worked at a research institute, and recently, thanks to a brilliant discovery, created the device,
initiating the described phenomenon.
Currently, the said "inventor" is working in one of the clinics. These are the information that was reported in the lectures devoted to the explanation of this phenomenon.
Hypotheses
Deliberate falsification

This version includes any falsifications that imitate unexplained phenomena both from the outside: practical jokes, flash mobs, fake news, witness fraud, staging, etc.
There are many ways to make something similar to a ghost or a flying saucer from improvised materials, without using video and photomontage.
Many homemade things made for the sake of a joke, a practical joke or a direct imitation of a mystical being or event can be taken as unexplained not only in photos and videos, but also in reality.
