Two witnesses saw some lights outside and went out to investigate, then they saw two figures approximately 6 feet 5 inches (195.5 cm) tall, reptilian with red and blue light on their bodies.
The figures were collecting trash or something from the nearest neighbor's trash can. The humanoids noticed the witness and tried to catch up and grab him. As the figures chased after them, they seemed to grow in size.
The next day, both witnesses found the dumpster in a disfigured state.

Summary: The two witnesses saw some lights outside and went out to investigate, they then saw two figures about 6’5″ in height, reptilian in appearance with red and blue lights on their bodies. The figures were picking garbage or something from a nearby neighbor’s dumpster. The humanoids spotted the witness and attempted to chase and grab them. As the figures chased them, they appeared to grow in size. The next day, both witnesses found the dumpster in a mangled state.
