The witness and his girlfriend were heading and driving down a small country road to watch the storm and eat. After about 10 minutes, they saw a light on the horizon and jokingly said:
"Look at the UFO."
Later, a red car that was also watching the light show sped past them to the main road, and a few seconds later, a bright blue light appeared on the right side of his truck, which seemed to rotate like a siren light and move backwards horizontally. and forward very quickly was right outside the truck window at a distance of 20 feet (6 m)and 20 feet (6 m) up. Suddenly the lights went out and the ship took off.
The witness started his truck and began to chase the object. He came to the end of the dirt road by the artificial pond. Now he could see the light on the horizon again, but this time brighter than before, glowing white-green, blue, and orange. the lights went off, and after a few seconds an object flew over their heads, it was dark, without any lights, all he could see was a contour about 100 feet (30 m) above the car.
Witnesses decided to leave the area and immediately heard sounds resembling the" giggling " of a group of children. Before leaving the area, both witnesses saw unusual lighting and what appeared to be yellowish-red fireballs flying around the area.

Later a red car that had also been watching the light show came speeding back past them to the main road and a few moments later out on the right side of his truck a bright blue light that seemed to rotate like a siren light and move horizontal back and forth very quick was right outside the truck window about 20 ft out and 20 ft up. The light shut off suddenly and the craft took off. The witness started his truck and began to chase the object. He came to the end of a dirt road by a man made pond. He could now see the light in the horizon again, but this time brighter than before glowing white green blue and orange, the light shut off and a few seconds later an object flew over their heads, it was dark without any lights, all he could see was an outline at about 100 ft above the car. The witnesses decided to leave the area and immediately heard the sounds of what resembled a group of children “giggling”. Before leaving the area both witnesses saw unusual displays of lighting and what appeared to be yellowish-red fireballs shooting over the area.
