The witness and his girlfriend were heading and had pulled down a little country road to watch a storm and eat. After about 10mins they saw a light on the horizon and jokingly said, “look a UFO”. Later a red car that had also been watching the light show came speeding back past them to the main road and a few moments later out on the right side of his truck a bright blue light that seemed to rotate like a siren light and move horizontal back and forth very quick was right outside the truck window about 20 ft out and 20 ft up. The light shut off suddenly and the craft took off. The witness started his truck and began to chase the object. He came to the end of a dirt road by a man made pond. He could now see the light in the horizon again, but this time brighter than before glowing white green blue and orange, the light shut off and a few seconds later an object flew over their heads, it was dark without any lights, all he could see was an outline at about 100 ft above the car. The witnesses decided to leave the area and immediately heard the sounds of what resembled a group of children “giggling”. Before leaving the area both witnesses saw unusual displays of lighting and what appeared to be yellowish-red fireballs shooting over the area.
