The hunter was in an isolated woodland area, waiting for deer in a heavy drizzle, and was sitting next to a large tree when he noticed a dim glow in the bushes on the opposite side of a nearby stream.
He waited, thinking it was another hunter, and then a figure emerged from the bushes. It was described as a 4-foot-tall (1.2 m) glowing human being that climbed diagonally up a hill. The creature was visible only from the waist up, and it shone evenly with a not-quite-white cream color, soft by nature. No facial features were visible.
He seemed to move with rigid movements almost like a robot, never turning his head or body or waving his arms. The creature crossed the clearing and disappeared from view behind a thick bush.

Summary: A hunter was in an isolated wooded area waiting for deer under a heavy drizzle and had sat down next to a large tree when he noticed a dim glow in the brush on the far side of a nearby creek. He waited thinking it was another hunter, and then a figure came out of the brush. It was described as a glowing 4-foot tall man-like entity that was walking diagonally up the hill. The being was visible from the waist up only and was glowing evenly an off-white cream color soft in nature. No facial features could be seen. It seemed to move in stiff movements almost robot-like, never turning his head or body or swinging his arms. The being crossed the clearing area then disappeared out of sight behind heavy brush.
