Initial data
Some time ago, residents of Los Angeles saw a man floating in the air. Unfortunately, it was not possible to film it then. The video appeared only recently: the pilots of one school made it when they flew over the city of Palos Verdes in California.
The man was spotted at an altitude of 900 meters with a jetpack on his back. The last time the aeronaut was seen in October, and the previous case was dated in August.
The instructor of a certain school, who recorded what he saw, did not claim that it was 100% human. Maybe the flying thing is actually a drone or other man-made flying object.
Interestingly, the aeronaut flew over the California coast without safety devices. Even if he had a parachute, it was unlikely that it would help at low altitude. We can only guess what or who hovered over the water surface in California.
Hypotheses
UAV

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAVs, also sometimes shortened as BLAH; colloquially sometimes referred to as "drone" or "drone" (from the English. drone — drone)) — aircraft without crew on Board. Created for aerial shooting, monitoring ground objects and other tasks in real time.
Distinguish UAVs for military and civil purposes.
Also they are divided into:
Balloons and balls

Balloon — aircraft (balloon), which is used for the flight gas, which is lighter than air.
Balloons - different sizes and shapes size toy, often made of latex. Is inflated with air or other gas. If the gas is lighter than air, the ball gains the ability to fly. The photo looks like a small dot. The colors and the opacity depends on the texture and color of the ball.
Devices and structures

This version includes all things, structures, devices used in everyday life. Such things can often be mistaken for something paranormal because of their rarity, strangeness or deformation during operation.
Also, this version can include devices and workwear of people used for certain needs (diving suit, fire suit, etc.)
