The witness had a broken tire near the bridge overpass and was busy replacing it when he still had the eerie feeling that someone was watching him. The curiosity was becoming unbearable, and he turned to see a short, stocky figure about 15-20 feet (435-6 m) from the overpass.

The figure was wearing trousers and a large dark coat with a hood. Thinking it was a child, he turned to talk to it, and involuntarily raised the wrench, and suddenly the figure began to moan, very eerily.

The witness caught a glimpse of the figure's face and noticed that it was very pale and had sunken eyes. Then the witness stood up, the figure ran to the overpass and disappeared on the concrete embankment. Curiously, the witness finished tightening the nut and retreated to the overpass to investigate, then he noticed a short figure that was now hunched under the pylons, he suddenly dived back and disappeared.

The startled witness left the scene.

The next day, the witness searched the area for possible holes or crevices, but found none.

Becoming unbearable he turned around and saw a short stocky figure, about 15 to 20 feet away, near the overpass. The figure was wearing pants, and a large dark coat with a hood. Thinking that it was a kid he turned to speak to him and involuntarily raised a lug wrench, and suddenly the figure began to moan, a very creepy kind of moan. The witness then caught a glimpse of the figure’s face and noticed that it was very pale and had deep sunken eyes. The witness then stood up and the figure ran towards the overpass and disappeared up the concrete embankment. Curious the witness finished tightening the lug nut and backed up to the overpass to investigate, he then caught sight of the short figure, which was now hunched over, under the pylons, it suddenly dove back and disappeared. Frightened the witness drove away from the area. The next day the witness searched the area for possible holes or crevices and found none.
