The witness was driving a rented bus home on interstate 395, looking out the window over the high desert at the air force base, and noticed warning signs on the fence. He was suddenly in an extremely bright but dream-like state.
He apparently swam over the side of the bus and found himself walking across the moonlit desert, accompanied by two four-foot (1.2 m) robed figures. The creatures were dressed in black robes, and he couldn't see their faces. He was taken to a cave near the road that looked like a pipe coming out of the ground.
After that, he couldn't remember anything other than walking back to the bus with them. The bus and the rest of the passengers seemed to have been stopped halfway and looked like a blurry photo. The creatures communicated by mental telepathy and repeated the command "don't forget" over and over again.
He woke up suddenly, startled, in his seat on the bus.

Summary: The witness was on a chartered bus on his way home in interstate 395 and was looking out the window over the high desert area at the Air Force base and noticed warning signs on the fence. He suddenly found himself in an extremely vivid dreamlike state. He apparently floated through the side of the bus and found himself walking on the moon lit desert accompanied by two 4-feet tall, robed figures. The beings wore black robes and he could not see their faces. He was taken to a cave-like opening not far from the roadside; it resembled a tube that came out of the ground. He could not remember much after that except walking back out with them towards the bus. The bus and the rest of the passengers appeared to be stopped in mid-motion and resembled a blurred photo. The beings communicated by mental telepathy and kept repeating the command “don’t forget” over and over. He suddenly woke up startled in his seat on the bus.
