The ten-year-old witness was walking in the woods with her parents and cousin.
The adults were about 30 feet (9 m) ahead of the two young bystanders when they noticed what looked like a small robot figure standing next to a tree about 10 feet (3 m) to their left.
The "robot" waved at them at a 90-degree angle. As they got closer, they heard a clicking sound every time he waved his hand. He had big round red eyes and never moved, he just kept waving at the witnesses.
The adults seem to have either ignored it or not noticed it at all. As the witnesses got closer to the figure, she shouted to her cousin to touch it. Her cousin started crying and ran away.
The witness continued to approach, but when he reached the tree, the strange figure disappeared.
