The witness delivered the newspapers as usual, and her son helped her. It was still very dark. Tossing the paper into the box, she headed for the next house and noticed a late-model white pickup truck approaching her.
She pulled over to the side of the road and waited for the truck to pass. She claims that at this point, everything seemed to slow down. When the truck passed by, there didn't seem to be a driver. The passenger turned and looked into the car. She says it wasn't a natural movement, it seemed like he turned his whole body to watch them, instead of just turning his head.
The movement was so unnatural that it seemed as if he was wearing a bathing suit or armor that was difficult to move around in. Looming in the streetlight a few yards up, she didn't see any hair on his head that looked larger than usual, but at the same time it was darker than the darkness around him. Even as the truck passed under the streetlight, the figure remained dark.
Then the truck turned onto a road that she called a dead end, or a long road without a turn. All this happened in about 30 seconds. She tossed the paper into the next box, then hesitantly turned onto the same street and found that the truck was gone. All this happened in about 30 seconds.

The movement was so unnatural it was like it was wearing a full body scuba suit or a suit of armor that was difficult to move about in. Silhouetted in the street light a few yards up she saw no sign of hair on its head that seemed larger than normal, but at the same time it was darker than the darkness around it. Even as the truck passed under the streetlight the figure was still dark. The truck then turned onto a road that she claimed to be a dead end or a long road with no turn off. All this happened within a time space of about 30 seconds. She dropped a paper into the next box and then hesitantly turned down the same street to find that the truck had disappeared.
