Says Chebotar Vitaly (14 years old). other observers Kornetsel Ivan and Sergey.
At 21:10 or 130 minutes (Moscow time) on July 17, 1991 I was playing dominoes in my neighbor's yard.
Suddenly Vanya (our neighbor) looked at the rather clear sky and shouted:
"Look, the black plane!"
I thought he was kidding me, knowing my hobby.
I looked up and saw a yellow circle that was moving. The circle was the size of a full moon.
I soon lost him, and Vanya and Seryozha (Vanya's brother) say that they saw him when he flew to the tree and landed.
After watching, I felt dizzy, and the neighbors said that their eyes hurt. We thought it was the moon, but there was no moon.
