On August 21, 2006, after 6 a.m., Mrs. Virginia Angel, 60 years old, from Bucharest, a software analyst, photographed the sunrise from the balcony located on the 7th floor of the Europa Hotel in Eforie Nord.
She took a lot of pictures with the Sony DSC-P52 digital camera. When she came home and downloaded them, she noticed that a strange spindle-shaped object appeared in the photo taken at 6:26, which was not noticed with the naked eye.

21 august 2006, dupa ora 6 dimineata, doamna Virginia Anghel, 60 de ani, din Bucuresti, analist programator fotografia rasaritul soarelui de pe balconul situat la etajul 7 al hotelului Europa din Eforie Nord. Cu ajutorul unui aparat digital Sony DSC-P52 a facut o multime de poze. Cand a ajuns acasa si le-a descarcat, a observat ca pe o fotografie facuta la ora 6:26 apare un obiect fusiform ciudat, care nu fusese vazut cu ochiul liber.

Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
