Initial data
05.05.2004, at about 21:00, from Kapela Hill (the terrace of a restaurant in the area), the cameraman Luigi Kitan shot several shots with a panorama of the night city of Rymniku-Vylcha for a commercial.
When viewing the images and editing a week later, a light phenomenon was noticed that was not observed with the naked eye during filming, namely, a relatively high-speed passage of an object or a light phenomenon along a slightly ascending trajectory. , for 1.41 seconds, between the place where it was filmed and the distant hill located about 4 km away.
When studying enlarged and frame-by-frame images, it was noticed that the object is actually a composite body or a group of 4 symmetrically arranged lights that move among the branches and leaves of trees located between the camera and the object being shot.
The disappearance of the phenomenon occurs instantly, as if it suddenly went out or disappeared during movement, without changing its trajectory or speed.
The news along with the original images was shown on 13.05.2004 on the Romanian television channel Antena.
Original news
Hypotheses
Re-reflections in lens lenses from a strong light source

The lens consists of a set of lenses (in some lenses - of mirrors), designed for mutual compensation of aberrations and assembled into a single system.
From the contour light (bright light sources behind the subject or next to it), caught in the frame or located outside the frame, parasitic reflections from the internal elements of the lens are formed, called glare (or in slang "hares").
Subject when shooting with flash or backlight

Reflection of the flash on objects and small living creatures that are out of focus at the time of photographing.
