Yesterday I saw this disc-shaped object near Phoenix, Arizona. I took this picture through binoculars. The object did not appear to be moving, but to the naked eye it looked almost like a large star or planet. Over time, its brightness changed, and it seemed that two arcs formed a disk with lights.

Disk shaped object over Phoenix
Saw this disk shaped object yesterday near Phoenix Arizona. I took this picture through binoculars. The object did not appear to be moving, but looked almost like large star or planet to the naked eye.
