Initial data
In the vicinity of the American city of Kingman (Arizona, USA), an eyewitness captured an unusual aircraft.
An eyewitness said that when he took a photo, he did not notice anything strange. Only later, when the man carefully examined the picture, he discovered something strange, similar to a UFO.
This picture was commented on by the famous ufologist Scott Waring. He noted that the digital eye of the camera often notices what the human eye misses, which is what happened here. UFOs sometimes move so fast that we just don't notice them, but a digital camera captures a lot.
According to the ufologist, UFOs are very often observed in Kingman. The most famous event occurred in May 1953, when eight disc-shaped UFOs were spotted in the sky. It was reported that three of them fell to the ground. A search group of the US Army from Indian Springs (Nevada), presumably, picked up one of the crashed objects.

Like many UFOs, the digital eye often catches sight of what the human eye misses, such is the case here. UFOs sometimes move so fast that we just don't notice them or we think its our eyes playing tricks on us. But the digital camera sees all. Kingman is home to a very famous sighting back in May of 1953 when eight UFOs disks were seen in the sky dogfighting and three were reported falling to the ground. A US Army retrieval team from Indian Springs (now Creech AFB) took the crashed. Indian Springs is also the location closest to Area 51, Area S4 and closest to the location of the Tall Whites alien base which the USAF gave to them in exchange for technology, all the land back there is off limits to the public.

Eyewitness states: I did not see it when I took the picture, only later did I see something in the picture that looked like a UFO.
Hypotheses
Beetles and other insects

Flying insects in photos and videos can be mistaken for UFOs.
Shooting can take place in the daytime or in the evening. When moving, the outlines of the insect can be both blurred and clear. Depending on this, dark spots or spots of bizarre shapes can be taken for UFOs. The video shows UFOs hovering in the sky, flying in a straight line or moving along a complex trajectory (for example, shooting May bugs near a tree against the background of the evening sky). Insects can be mistaken for UFOs by accident, or given out intentionally. At night, they can be highlighted by a flash.
Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure

Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
