Initial data
During a thunderstorm, a huge sphere with six spikes on the outer shell was seen. The object was huge and seemed to stop for a few seconds, and then increased and disappeared into the clouds.
An eyewitness claims:
I'm a storm watcher at the National Weather Service and I'm used to seeing something in the sky. In the "off-season" I like to shoot slow-motion video of lightning whenever a thunderstorm passes. That's what I was doing at the time.
Since lightning is unpredictable, I press record, let it run for about a minute, then stop. I'll do it during the storm, and when I'm done, I'll look at the recordings. When I watched it, I realized that I had captured something on video that I could not explain.
This particular video I clicked on record and realized that I was in standard video mode and not in slow motion, so I stopped it for a few seconds, switched to slow motion and continued. Therefore, the video is very short. I asked my colleagues in meteorology what they think about it, and no one has an answer. That's what brought me here. I'm at a loss for an explanation.
The first video is the original one, and the second one is enlarged so that the object is visible more clearly. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

This report just sent into us today. A storm spotter caught something odd on video. During a lightening storm, a huge sphere with six spikes on its outer shell was seen. The object was huge and seemed to stop for a few seconds and then zoom about and off back into the clouds. Something most people seem to not understand about the aliens out in our universe is that each species is at a different level of technological evolution. Some may have grey metal ships, some gold, and so on. This particular alien has a very fast light speed craft which is also semi transparent...at least from the outside. I have long believed that UFOs can cause storms, tornadoes, earthquakes and here we are...with a UFO in a storm. More proof that UFOs can cause whether to change.

Eyewitness states: I am a storm spotter with the National Weather service and accustomed to seeing things in the sky. During the "off-season" I like to shoot slow motion video of lightening whenever storms pass through. That's what I was doing at the time. Since lightening is unpredictable I hit record, let it run for about a minute, then stop. Ill do this the length of the storm then review the recordings when I am finished. Upon review I realized that I had captured something on video that I can not explain. This particular video I had hit record and realized I was in standard video mode and not slow motion so I stopped it within a few seconds, switched to slow motion and went on. As such the video is very short. Ive asked my peers in meteorology what they think it is and no one has an answer. That is what brought me here. Im at a loss for an explanation. The first video is the original and the second is brightened up to see the object more clearly. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Hypotheses
Light sources on clouds

Lasers, searchlights, car headlights and other light sources of sufficient power can form a column of light in a dusty or foggy atmosphere, various patterns on low clouds, fog or haze. Also, the rays can highlight parts of the cloud, objects or birds, giving them bizarre shapes.
Searchlights can shine with one beam, several. They can be stationary, move, and also form spinning carousels on the clouds, which can change shape and color.
It often seems that the light source is located at the point where the beam hits the cloud, and not vice versa.
The reflection on the glass

The object may be reflected light or any light source. The type of source (lamp, lantern, lampshade, glare from the mirrors of any shape and .t.n.) and the type of reflective glass in the photo can be crosses, circles, objects bizarre.

Investigation
You might think that this is a reflection on the glass, but the object is clearly hidden behind the trees.
Based on the appearance and behavior, most likely it is the light from a searchlight or a powerful flashlight on low clouds.
