This bright object in the shape of a boomerang was filmed over Montgomery in Indiana. This happened back on June 15, 2018, but was published on the web quite recently.
Witness Report:
A boomerang-shaped object that appeared dim silver/gay was slowly moving across the sky. It seemed to hover for a short time, and then it started moving again in the same direction it came from. It was a very sunny afternoon with no clouds. We were in the middle of a soybean farm on a small racetrack.
I have about 4 minutes of video that I shot on my phone. The object was very far away, but I was able to zoom in and capture it. I had to constantly move the phone to try to position it in the center of the screen. It was hard to see it on the screen because the sun was high in the sky and it was hard for me to see the screen of my phone.

Balloon — aircraft (balloon), which is used for the flight gas, which is lighter than air.
Balloons - different sizes and shapes size toy, often made of latex. Is inflated with air or other gas. If the gas is lighter than air, the ball gains the ability to fly. The photo looks like a small dot. The colors and the opacity depends on the texture and color of the ball.
Investigation
Based on the appearance and nature of the movements, it may be an arch or a strip of balloons or, slightly less likely, a balloon of unusual shape.
