Yesterday, an eyewitness from California saw four glowing red spheres. Glowing objects move very fast and unusually. The area was located on Lake Stevens.
An eyewitness claims:
While waiting at Lundin Park here on Lake Stevens, I was lying on the dock waiting for the fireworks to start when I saw a chain of 4 lights, and a minute or so later the second chain came. Watching the video with the starlight, it could be so, but the lights were visible for several hundred feet, perhaps more, they were moving at a higher speed than usual.
A satellite would say, but I have been watching them for many years and have never seen them move at the speed with which I have seen them move. If I had to estimate the altitude, I would have to say just below or just above the earth's atmosphere.
I hope you can help me. I'm looking at the sky. And, hopefully, the video will appear, I shot it on iPhone 11.

An eyewitness in California caught sight of four glowing red spheres yesterday. The glowing objects are moving very fast and unusual. The area was at Lake Stevens, which makes me wonder if it came from below the water or not. UFOs travel in our atmosphere, space and underwater, but probably more.

Waiting at lundeen park here in lake stevens I was laying down on the dock waiting for the firework show to start when I seen the string of 4 lights then a minute or so later the second string came. Watching the starlight video it could have been that but the lights were spectated by several hundred feet possibly more moving at a higher than normal rate of speed I have one two clips one I was following them and the other has a stationary star in the view I would say satellite but I’ve been watching them for years and never seen them move at the speed I seen these move. If I was to give a height I’d have to say just below or just above the earth’s atmosphere. Hopefully you can help me out. I Walt have my eyes to the sky. And hopefully the videos show up I took it on an IPhone 11.

Sky Lantern (Chinese flashlight, Thai flashlight) - paper flying luminous structure made of rice paper stretched on a light wooden frame, bamboo ring, burner.
Investigation
The appearance and movements are characteristic of the sky lantern. It is quite difficult to say more precisely from such a distance.
