Wow! Just wow! This is one fantastic looking UFO cloaked in a cloud. This is a UFO that has an energy shield around it so that it keeps the cloud particles inside the shield, and the cloud wont disapate or fly away. UFOs often do this because they want to have a first hand look with their own eyes. Aliens just like humans get sick of looking at computer screens and want to see it with their own eyes. Its a more personal, real experience. Absolutely fantastic catch, and that road sign below it is hilarious. 100% proof of aliens in California. Probably heading to Silicon Valley to scan and record all the new technology being created. Or, they may be heading to go pick up Elon Musk himself and take him home. Yes, Elon Musk is an alien, but a great one, wouldn't you say? How hes changing humanity for the better in every way possible, space, automotive, solar power, paypal, Twitter. In a day where everyone hates everyone, he is the exception to the rule. 100% alien.

Based on the appearance, this is a lenticular cloud. Such clouds form on the crests of air waves or between two layers of air. A characteristic feature of these clouds is their stationary position, despite the wind.
