Watch as this bewildered eyewitness record many glowing objects falling from the sky. Even the comments below the video are trying to take best guesses at what they may be....from meteors to flares, to sky divers and yet nothing came out in news about any such event. Very interesting footage of an unknown phenomenon falling over Fort Worth.

Hypotheses
Parachutist/delta glider
Parachute - a device made of fabric to slow down the movement of the object in the air. Parachutes are used for safe descent and landing of cargo and people, braking aircraft during landing.
The hang glider is a heavier aircraft than air, made under the scheme of "tailless with a arrow-shaped wing", the flight control of which is carried out by shifting the center of the mass due to the movement of the pilot relative to the suspension point (balance glider).
Parachutists often line up in different shapes during free fall.

The appearance and nature of the objects' movements correspond to parachutists with pyrotechnics. The comments to the video say that this is the team that performed at the Armed Forces Bowl game.
