This event happened back in 2019, and I already reported one video of it, however another video just came in today from a woman eyewitness. Not everyone reports UFOs they see. Some people record them...holding onto the video and photos till they think about it more. When they are ready they release their evidence. Often people are frightened and have to wait till their emotions have accepted what they witnessed.

Hypotheses
Parachutist/delta glider
Parachute - a device made of fabric to slow down the movement of the object in the air. Parachutes are used for safe descent and landing of cargo and people, braking aircraft during landing.
The hang glider is a heavier aircraft than air, made under the scheme of "tailless with a arrow-shaped wing", the flight control of which is carried out by shifting the center of the mass due to the movement of the pilot relative to the suspension point (balance glider).
Parachutists often line up in different shapes during free fall.
Investigation
As they wrote in the comments under the video, this is a show from the team of parachutists Team Fastrax with lighting and pyrotechnics. This performance was dedicated to the performer of the "Golden Knights of the US Army" MSG Corey Hood (see also the post twitter.com ).
