A video recording with footage of the unexplained. White clouds, not snow and not steam, move around the parking lot near the intersection of Young Naturalists Street and Pobedy Avenue in Lipetsk. The details of the shooting of "City 48" were told by the author of the video Valery.
- It happened on November 15th. My relative works at the facility and out of the corner of her eye noticed that something white flashed on the video tracking screen. At first there was a version that it was snow that fell or a car drove in, but neither the first nor the second turned out to be checked. Interestingly, the white clots proceeded towards the minibus of the funeral service," Valery clarified.
The poltergeist in the memorial agency's work area was also confirmed by a video tracking system maintenance specialist. The professional did not find an explanation for what he saw.
