UFOs fly under the clouds in Arizona.
The witness states:
I have seen and videotaped round orange-colored spheres moving in one direction. I witnessed and saw round circles flying across the sky.
I stopped, and the video caught more than 10 of these round circles going from east to west without making noise, really bright and stretching across the sky.

Watching this raw footage of these glowing orbs passing above the eyewitness I just mind-blowing. It really shows how the UFOs move, travel together, colors, glow and shape. Thats a lot of info gathered from one video. Also the UFOs are low...they are flying below the clouds. Arizona is home of the Extraterrestrial highway that goes past Area 51, a place that UFOs are frequently seen, so this is of no surprise since its from a hotbed of UFO activity. Awesome catch, I really like how so many are traveling together following each other.

Objects and light sources out of focus
When the objects are out of focus, their silhouettes blurred and poorly recognizable. They can look like dark or colored translucent stain. This is often the cobwebs, spiders, insects in front of the camera.

Investigation
The appearance is difficult to see, because almost all the time the objects are out of focus (although in those short moments when the object is in focus, you can notice a characteristic dome and a light in the lower part). The nature of the movement is similar to the sky lanterns moving in the wind. There is also a characteristic flicker and a change in brightness.
