Eoin O'Faodhagain has spent the last 34 years trying to discover the famous beast in person and online via a live broadcast from the lake.
The Irishman believes that during his greatest observation, he saw something mysterious diving under the water when a cruise liner was sailing towards him.
According to Eoin, what he saw on the webcam was potentially Nessie diving for cover - a phenomenon he had never seen before, reports Daily Record.
He said:
"I first went to Loch Ness in 1987, when I was riding a bus from Fort Augustus to Invermoriston and saw a big hill in the middle of the bay. Even before I got to Loch Ness, I was always interested, and this only intrigued me even more.
I've been watching a webcam for years, and it wasn't until 2018 that I was first noticed. I was in Loch Ness at the end of July with my wife and have been there four times. I have already had 14 registered observations. When I see something unusual, I send it, like many others."
He spoke about his latest observation, saying that it was probably his best.
"I thought it was very unusual for a cruiser coming towards him from the castle side, and he looked big on the water. Then he disappears and goes under the water, the cruiser does not seem to notice anything there. You can see the trail on the water after the cruiser has passed by.
If someone assumes they're looking at a boat-I've never seen two boats that are close together on a mile-wide lake. I would say that this is perhaps my clearest observation.
This object looked like it was on the water and then went down as the cruiser approached it. I've often had bumps disappear, but I've never seen them dive before. I definitely don't think it's a boat - boats don't disappear underwater.
During the observation, the weather conditions and visibility were good, and the Loch was calm and reflected in the water like a mirror."
Due to the resolution of the webcam and the distance from the webcam to the object, this will never be the final proof of the existence of unknown creatures in Loch Ness, but the videos are very intriguing to cause further controversy about the Mystery of Loch Ness.
Mystery surrounds the Loch for more than 100 years since the "monster" was first spotted - a huge tourism industry has developed around this phenomenon.
And Eoin thinks there may be several creatures living there.
He said:
"I'm sure there are unknown creatures or unknown species in the lake."

According to Eoin, what he witnessed on the webcam was potentially Nessie diving for cover – a phenomenon he has never seen before, the Daily Record reports.

He said: "I believe there are unknown creatures or an unknown species in the Loch definitely.

Such vessels can have not only an unusual shape but colour, be equipped with illumination, and also have sails and other protruding parts.
