The objects wobble every now and then, but they seem to be holding position in one place. I really wish the eyewitness could have gotten out of his car, but it looks like he was in a very busy part of Hong Kong and had no chance to pull over. But wow! Absolutely amazon catch. Aliens are probably keeping an eye out on Hong Kong, now that China has taken control of it.
