September 18, 1995 Time: from 22:30 to 23:00. Location: Hanmer, Ontario. Weather: Clear and cool.
After I was contacted by a friend from Sudbury who said he saw something heading towards Hanmer, I drove to my favorite hilltop to have a good view of the sky over the village.
Looking to the east, I glanced to the west, just in time to see two fast-moving, rapidly flashing strobe lights flying towards the city of Kapreol; they were less than half a mile away from me.
The objects were moving very fast, like airplanes, but there was no sound. The leading object was in front, followed by the second. Flying past me, they reminded me of two sea urchins.

7 - September 18, 1995: Evening sighting. Time: Between 10:30 and 11:00 p.m. Location: Hanmer, Ontario. Weather: Clear and cool. After being contacted by a friend in Sudbury who said he saw something heading towards Hanmer, I drove my car to my favorite hilltop in order to have a good view of the sky above the village. After having looked towards the east, I took a glance towards the west, just in time to see two fast-moving, rapidly-flashing strobe lights as they flew towards the town of Capreol; they were less than half a mile away from me. The objects moved very fast, just like jets, but there was no sound. The leading object was further ahead, followed by the second. As they flashed past me, they reminded me of two sea urchins.
