On November 6, the author of the original material received an email from my friend Todd Fraser, who forwarded a message about a UFO that he found while researching on the Internet. The report was provided to MUFON on November 5 by the observer. The following is a description of this observation:
"Distance - 101-500 feet on

The shape is a sphereI live on the west side of Ramsey Lake in Sudbury, Ontario in Canada. On Tuesday evening, from the window facing east, I understand that to the east of Ramsey Lake, at about 3:30 am on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, until 5:00, a glowing, color-changing cluster of lights is visible.
At first I thought I was seeing a star, but then I realize that this object is moving slightly and remains stationary. As an engineer, I believe that this object was stationary at a high altitude, and perhaps it is a very large object, given the distance. What convinced me to get in touch was: 1 - maneuvers and moving up and down with a change in the position of this object; 2 - exposure to motion detection lights in the area of operation, switching on and off depending on the change in the position of this object.
I observed the same phenomenon tonight, starting at 19:00, and now, around 1:00 on November 6, 2020, two similar objects are stationary on the east side of Ramsey Lake at almost the same height. Since this is saved (not on the 4th), I am sending this report, if someone else does the same, it can be interpolated. I also attached an approximate location map. There is a repeating pattern.
Last summer 2019, I observed a very large disk-shaped object flying over the lake above the clouds, and the shadow was captured on my iphone picture, showing high speed in the few milliseconds with which the iphone captures movement.
Meanwhile, in the last few days we have experienced several local power outages in the building I live in, and then, later in the day, the power went out at the Starbucks store where I buy coffee. This area is very rich in minerals."

I live at the west side of Lake Ramsey in Sudbury, Ontario in Canada. Tuesday night, from my eastward window, I realize a glowing, changing color cluster of lights are visible east of Lake Ramsey, around 3:30 am on Tuesday 3 November 2020 till 5 am. First, I thought I'm seeing a star but then, I realize this object has a subtle movement and maintains a stationary position. As an engineer, I estimate this object was stationary in high altitude, and possibly, it is a very large object, given the distance. What made me convinced to contact is: 1 - maneuvers and moving up and down changing positions of this object; 2 - effect on motion detection lights in the area, turning on and off depending the changing position of this object. I have observed the same phenomenon tonight starting 7 pm and now around 1 am November 6th 2020, there are two similar objects in almost the same heights are stationary at east side of Lake Ramsey. Since this is persisting (not on 4th), I'm sending this report to if someone else is doing the same this can be interpolated. I have attached an approximate locations map as well. There is a repeating pattern.
