Initial data
On Tuesday, July 23, I received two emails from a Petavava resident who wanted to report a UFO sighting over the base at 2:30 a.m.:
"I'm not sure what it was. It wasn't a helicopter or an airplane. I saw him over Petavava early this morning, at 2:30 a.m. He was flying across the sky (6 inches in my field of vision).
At first he was very bright white, but as he traveled, he turned into nothing. He reappeared behind his original position and continued northward. Darkening when reappearing. It didn't look right. I hope this helps.
I would also like to add that the light "came" from the "Big Dipper" (the Big Dipper). And his original path lay from north to south, then reappeared behind the starting point and went from south to north (according to my assumptions, above the base)."
