One evening in 2017, I had the feeling that I was being watched. A bizarre rectangular doorway was formed in the wall. It looked like an amber-gray screen made up of pixels. A very large mantis entered about halfway into the room, hunched over, about six feet tall, protruding through the portal. I have expressed my opinion.
"Why tonight? Are you physically here?"
He took a step further, stretched out a long thin hand and tilted his head, looking at me. He touched the bedroom door with his thin fingers and opened it a crack. That was his answer.
