A group of individuals led by Reinaldo Rios held a night vigil in the old "Fort Capron", which was built by the United States in 1898 during the Spanish-American War and is a famous place for various types of paranormal phenomena.
One moonless night, while they were meditating, they heard strange sounds around them. Soon, Rios and his cousin noticed a strange thin creature in a strange shiny gold suit behind one of the windows. The figure stood at the window for a while.
Terrified, both men left the area and joined the rest of the group, who were elsewhere. They later returned with additional witnesses, but the creature disappeared.
Others reported seeing mysterious lights in the area.
