Initial data
After numerous reports of encounters with tall, hairy bipeds in the area, one of the witnesses, Dave Shealy, who was collecting hair samples and taking plaster casts, was sitting in his trailer when he heard a knock on the door.
At the door, he bumped into two tall men in "English felt hats" and sunglasses. They entered the trailer and pulled out their badges, but Shealy didn't see the agency on them and started asking questions about recent sightings of hairy humanoids.
They asked to see hair samples and plaster casts. As soon as he brought the hair samples, one of them took them, said they were going to analyze them, and left.
The next day, at about 03: 00, he was woken up by about 8 large helicopters circling over the nearby Turner River Swamp.
