Local resident Alexander Atayev (a Turkmen by nationality) reported that he saw a saucer-shaped object land near his house, a hatch opened, and several men in silver suits came out of the object.
The aliens approached Ataev and told him that they came from a planet called "Tron". From the conversation with the aliens, Ataev realized that the contacts or meetings with the aliens were intentional, not accidental.
He could only vaguely recall the rest of the conversation, being told that their visits to Earth were not "idle curiosity" but were made to have a direct impact on humans.
