The two men were just under the Pennington Creek dam when they saw the blurry figure of a white humanoid descending through the trees from the nearby septic tank village in Rowe.
The figure crossed the dam, entered the pumping station, and then returned to the trees. Five minutes later, circular patterns of lights shone through the trees and climbed to the top, then disappeared.
Perhaps one of the witnesses had favorable medical consequences.

Two men were just below the Pennington Creek dam, when they saw a white humanoid blurry figure coming down through the trees from the nearby Rowe Septic tank co. The figure crossed the dam, entered the pump house, and then returned to the trees. Five minutes later, circular patterns of lights gleamed through the trees and rose to the top, then disappeared. One of the witnesses possibly had beneficial medical aftereffects.
