The main witness heard a neighbor's child screaming. During the investigation, she discovered that the cause of the three-year-old boy's anxiety was a strange entity.
It was described as: at least two feet (0.6 m) tall, green in color with scales.
Fearing for the child's safety, the witness took a shovel and hit the creature, decapitating it. Another witness then carried the creature to a nearby landfill. He was never seen again.
