The 4-year-old witness was sleeping in her father's van in a truck stop and was left there alone.
She woke up suddenly, realizing that she was no longer in the truck. Everything around her was white. She couldn't see the rest of her body and remembered that she was very cold. Her right foot hurt on the left side.
She saw figures "darker than the light" around her, and their features were not distinguishable.
Then she got back in the truck, got out of the camper, and ran to the parking lot. She looked up and saw three pinkish-red lights, zigzagging and hovering in the shape of a triangle. The lights suddenly disappeared.
Perhaps, in the summer of 1999, an implant was found on her foot.
