The crew of the fishing boat of three people saw a large object with a diameter of about 150 feet (450 m) with bright lights at about 100 feet (30 m) above the water. The radar went off on the boat.

The crew turned off the lights and the engine. The object flipped over and displayed the shape of a "diamond", then flew over the boat for about 300 yards.
