Initial data
This week, this UFO was caught over Florida. At first, the UFO was dimly lit, but then suddenly lit up in red and white colors.
The witness tells:
January 12 at 23: 44 I saw a rectangular UFO with three rows of lights at the bottom (yellow, red, white). The UFO was motionless and silent.
At 23:45, the UFO disappeared and appeared over the right side of the building. The video shows a UFO appearing above the building, and after about 1: 26 minutes, you can see a second UFO appearing directly above the building with the same light and color scheme, and then slowly disappearing.
The video then shows the first UFO disappearing immediately.

This UFO was caught over Florida this week. The UFO was dimly lit at first but then suddenly lights up with red and white colors. The eyewitnesses gasp in surprise at what they were seeing. The object holds position and then suddenly disappears, then it reappears over the building in a new location, only to again fade and is gone for good. This is a very colorful UFO, and its size is about the size of car, so it can't be a drone. Drones buzz around, make a loud noise and tilt from side to side when they move. Never saw or heard any of that here in the video. Absolute proof that aliens are in Florida.

Eyewitness states: On January 12, at 11:44 pm I saw a rectangular ufo with three rows of lights underneath (yellow, red, white). The ufo was stationary and silent. At 11:45pm the ufo faded and appeared over the right side side of the building. The video shows the ufo appearing over the builiding, and around 1:26 minutes in you can see the second ufo appear right over the building with the same light and color scheme and then slowly fade. The video then shows the first ufo fading immediately.
Hypotheses
Light sources on clouds

Lasers, searchlights, car headlights and other light sources of sufficient power can form a column of light in a dusty or foggy atmosphere, various patterns on low clouds, fog or haze. Also, the rays can highlight parts of the cloud, objects or birds, giving them bizarre shapes.
Searchlights can shine with one beam, several. They can be stationary, move, and also form spinning carousels on the clouds, which can change shape and color.
It often seems that the light source is located at the point where the beam hits the cloud, and not vice versa.
The reflection on the glass

The object may be reflected light or any light source. The type of source (lamp, lantern, lampshade, glare from the mirrors of any shape and .t.n.) and the type of reflective glass in the photo can be crosses, circles, objects bizarre.

A reddit user with the nickname Emaculates writes:
These are hard rock casino lights. A guitar-shaped building with lights soaring into the sky. I live next to him.
original: Its the hard rock casino lights. Guitar shaped building with lights shooting up in the sky. I live right next to it.
Here you can see photos of the building, again, video from the opening. All of them are clearly visible lights (they come in different colors and duplicate the colors of the building's lighting), rushing into the sky. The lights symbolize the 6 strings of the guitar. The UFO also has 6 lights.
The photo shows floodlights of different colors:
