A man walking along the Milwaukee River south of East Capitol Drive heard a noise, turned around and saw two large heads with huge yellow cat eyes. They were in the water, instantly gone. Terrified, he ran away from the place.
Around the same time, at about 03:00, a security guard woke up when someone shook his trailer very hard. He went outside and thought he saw something going into the river. The police found nothing.
