A man walking along the Milwaukee river South of East Capitol Drive heard a commotion, and when he turned around, he saw two reptilian heads with large yellow cat eyes apparently emerging from the water. They suddenly disappeared.
Then he saw them again and quickly got out of there. At about the same time, a security guard was watching a construction site at the end of East chambers street East of Humboldt Boulevard.
One night, he reported that the trailer had received damage similar to claw marks. Another security guard reported that one night, around 03: 00, someone hit or shook the trailer very hard.
He went outside and thought he saw something jump into the river.

They suddenly disappeared. He then saw them again and got out of there fast. Around the same time a security guard was watching over a construction site at the end of East Chambers Street east of Humboldt Blvd. One night he reported that a trailer was damaged with what looked like claw like marks.
