14-year-old Tim B. was walking home through a large dark field, he went over a hill and reached the nearest railway tracks, when he saw something standing on them that paralyzed him with fear.
He saw-looking directly into his eyes, the creature was standing at a distance of about 20 feet (6 m). He described the creature as bald, with huge eyes, standing about 3-4 feet (0.9-1.2 m) tall with clawed hands. He couldn't see any other features.
Terrified, he ran away from the place and didn't see the creature leave.
