Krista Tilton and her friend Barbara had gone up the mountain and were resting in the shade of a tree when they soon heard a car engine on the road below.
Turning around to look at it, they saw the strangest black car they had ever seen. It was an old-fashioned limousine, "so shiny you could see your reflection in it." Everything about him was black.
Suddenly, the back door opened and a man dressed all in black looked out and turned very mechanically, as if she were a robot, gesturing for Krista to follow her.
Shouting to her friend as he continued up the hill, Krista jumped into her car and chased after the limo. He headed for what looked like a military compound with a guard at the gate.
By the time Krista arrived there, the black car had disappeared, and the security guard denied seeing such a car. Feeling rather scared, Krista drove back to her friend's house, only to find a black limousine blocking her path ahead. From this angle, you could see the inside of the car. There were two men, both in black and wearing sunglasses.
As she rolled down the window of her car, she heard the man say to her:
"This is not a good time," before muttering something about the local topography in words she didn't fully understand.
Krista then followed the strange limousine and tried to take a picture, but her camera didn't work. The limousine was soon out of sight.

Suddenly the rear door opened and a man, dressed in all black, peered out and rotated very mechanically as if her were a robot, gesturing to Christa that she should follow. Screaming to her friend that had kept walking up the hillside, Christa jumped into her car and pursued the limo. It headed off toward what seemed to be a military compound with a guard at the gate. By the time Christa arrived there, the black car had vanished and the guard denied he had seen such a vehicle. Feeling rather scared, Christa drove off back toward her friend, only to find the black limo blocking her path ahead. From this angle it was possible to see inside the car. There were two men, both in black and wearing sunglasses. Rolling down the window on her car, she heard the man say to her “The time is all wrong,” before mumbling something about the local topography in words she did not fully understand. Christa then followed the strange limo and attempted to take a picture but her camera malfunctioned. The limo was soon lost from sight.
