Initial data
An eyewitness believes that the UFO really watched the recording.
The witness States:
I believe this observation was possible by a drone, it seemed to notice that I was filming it and then followed me around the place where I was walking in the evening.
At some point, it turned out that the glowing ball was on fire. He continued to slowly approach the spot where I was walking. I watched it move for about 30 minutes.
I saw a group of young people a good distance away from me looking at something together, a drone controller? I left this place in about thirty minutes, so I don't know where he went.

The eyewitness believes that the UFO was actually watching the it being recorded. Often times UFOs do that. Its been recorded in dozens of Project Blue Book reports. So when he said that...it clicked. This is a real UFO over Washington.

Eyewitness states: I believe this sighting to be a possible drone, it seemed to take notice of me filming it and then follow me around where I was walking in the evening. At one point it appeared that the luminous ball was aflame. It continued to move slowly over and near where I was walking. I watched it move about for about 30 minutes. I did see a group of younger people a good distance from me looking at something together, drone controller? I left the area after about thirty minutes so I don’t know where it went.
