The witness was treating an arm injury sustained a few days before the incident and was walking in a field near her home when she saw an egg-shaped glowing object descending from the sky.
The next thing she knew, she was in a brightly lit room filled with what looked like high-tech equipment. She was surrounded by three small humanoids, each wearing surgical masks. At this point, the witness lost consciousness.
Later, she woke up in a field and realized that her arm was completely healed.
