A cylindrical object with an "eye" or window, 14 feet (4.2 m) long, maneuvering or falling to the ground. The lights in the house and the electric fan went out once or twice.
One brownish-brown cylinder about 20 feet (6 m) in diameter was seen by a 15-year-old witness in the courtyard (Tiano). There was no sound.

Summary: Cylinder object with “eye” or window, 14′ long, seen maneuvering, tumbling low to ground over neighborhood. Lights and electric fan went off once or twice. An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One tan cylinder, about 20 feet across, was observed by one male 15-year-old witness in a yard (Tiano). No sound was heard.
