This strange phenomenon (illustrated) was observed on the morning of August 16 at about 6:30 in the sky over the wilderness in Walvis Bay. Several people notified Namib Times about the appearance of this strange phenomenon, which disappeared in the sky around 7:30 am. No one can say for sure what it was.
The same object or something similar about a month ago guessed fishermen in the sea. One of our readers, Mr. Dieter Krauer, clearly noticed that the top (with a round ball under it) shines brightly. The two light extensions also shone and shot out what looked like sparks.
Mr. Krauer also said that he took several pictures of the strange phenomenon, but believes that the distance was too great. Several other people, including two non-whites, also described the phenomenon, as in the Namib Times essay above.
Some people called this phenomenon a "space monster" and said that as the sun rose, the "monster" disappeared partially and then completely.

This strange phenomenon (illustrated) was observed yesterday (Aug 16th) morning at approximately 6:30 a.m. in the sky over the wilderness in Walvis Bay. Several people notified the Namib Times about the appearance of this strange phenomenon, which disappeared around 7:30 a.m. in the sky. No one can say for certain what it was.
This same object, or one like it, about a month ago, had the fishermen at sea guessing about it. Some people referred to the phenomena as a ‘Space Monster‘ and said that with the rising of the sun, the ‘Monster‘ faded and later disappeared completely.
