Several anglers fishing just off the coast reported seeing a domed disk-shaped object approaching their location. The dome seemed transparent and luminous.

Inside the transparent dome the observers saw two standing human-like figures, apparently looking out.

The ship plunged into the ocean and disappeared from view.
