I was vacationing in Barbados in 1972 and while sitting on the beach, I noticed an orange-red light that I thought was an airplane, however, as it approached, I decided it was an alien object.
As it approached me, it suddenly stopped, and at this time it appeared to be about 2 feet (0.6 m) in diameter. He remained in this position for about 2-3 minutes, and then suddenly fell, at a distance of, according to my calculations, about 20 feet (6 m).
It remained in this position for about 3 minutes when it suddenly swerved to my left and disappeared. I never mentioned it to anyone but my wife. A few years later, watching a program on TV, I saw the same thing that I saw then.

As it got closer to me it suddenly stopped, at which time it appeared to be about 2 feet in diameter. It stayed in that position for about 2 to 3 minutes and than it suddenly dropped which I figured about 20 feet. It stayed in this position for again about 3 minutes when it suddenly took of to the left of me and disappeared. No witness and never mentioned it, only to my wife. Some years later while watching a program on TV I saw the very thing which I had seen.
