Hearing people screaming, the witness went to the bedroom window to see what was happening. Then he saw the object slowly descending toward the apartment complex.
It was a disk-shaped object covered with colored lights. Inside, two figures in tight ski suits could be seen through the window. One of them seems to have used a lever.
The witness lost consciousness after seeing the object land on the grass below.
Later, authorities cordoned off the area, saying that an experimental Russian helicopter crashed.
